All’interno del contesto contemporaneo caratterizzato dalla “società dei consumi” il problema della giustizia attraversa ogni ambito della vita sociale e le relazioni tra gli uomini. L’ampliarsi delle ingiustizie sociali e il ridursi degli spazi delle libertà personali richiedono un riequilibrio del rapporto tra bene e giustizia. Tale riequilibrio impone la necessità di ripercorrere una differente strada per la pratica della giustizia che deve trovare nell’ordine della vita buona il suo orizzonte di significato e di realizzazione. Lo studio, nel cercare di porre le condizioni per riarticolare il rapporto tra bene e giustizia, si pone l’obiettivo di individuare coordinate significative per la pratica del bene e della giustizia al fine di garantire il profilo di vita compiuta e di fioritura dell’umano che è comune per tutti e per ciascuno.

Within the contemporary context characterized by the “consumer society”, the problem of justice crosses every area of social life and relations between men. The expansion of social injustices and the reduction of the spaces of personal freedoms require a rebalancing of the relationship between good and justice. This rebalancing requires the need to retrace a different path for the practice of justice which must find its horizon of meaning and realization in the order of good life. The study, in trying to establish the conditions for re-articulating the relationship between good and justice, has the objective of identifying significant coordinates for the practice of good and justice in order to guarantee the complete and flowering life profile of the human which is common to all.
